Team Car Wash in New Jersey is seeking a hands-on Leader to oversee Customer Service, Sales, and Operations for a full-time role. You will greet customers, guide them through wash packages and memberships, and help run daily operations with a focus on a positive guest experience.

As Team Lead you will process transactions, support wash operations, and mentor team members on service standards, upselling, and safety.
