Job summary

pOpshelf is seeking a Lead Team Member to maintain a clean, inviting store and foster a customer-first culture. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock merchandise, and help lead the team in the absence of the Store Team Leader.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, maintaining planogram compliance, and supporting store efficiency and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandising guides.
• Strong interpersonal and cash handling skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to exceed expectations.
• Operate cash register and scanner, process payments, and bag merchandise.
• Stock and recover merchandise, maintain clean, organized store.
• Assist in merchandising and create eye-catching displays.
• Open and close the store under direction of store leadership.
