pOpshelf is hiring a Team Member in Missouri to deliver exceptional customer service, stock and merchandise displays, operate the cash register, and keep the store clean and organized. You will follow merchandising guidelines and assist customers across multiple registers to ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, efficient stock rotation, and adherence to company policies while contributing to store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams and safety rules.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
• Basic mathematical skills for transactions.
• Ability to operate cash registers.
• Ability to stock and display merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to exceed expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and assist at checkout.
• Rotate and display merchandise to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Assist customers in self-checkout across multiple registers.
• Follow SOPs and policies to protect assets and ensure efficiency.
• Stock shelves, reset displays, and manage cleaning responsibilities.
