Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee Federal/DoD service contracts, lead large multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely, compliant delivery on complex programs.

You will coordinate staffing, subcontractor management, schedules, costs, risks, and quality while maintaining strong executive communication with government customers; travel up to 20% and security onboarding are required.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge

• Federal/DoD service contract management.
• Managing large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.
• Staffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management.
• Strong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing work comparable in complexity to the PWS.
• Ability to control, coordinate, and direct personnel and subcontractor performance.Strong written and oral communication.
• Must meet Tier 1 personnel security/onboarding requirements.
• Travel: Up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or recent DHA/PAE MP program experience.
• Current incumbent Contract Manager, Deputy PM, Task Manager, or senior Team Lead.
• Experience at Fort Detrick.
• DHA medical acquisition/product-development support experience.
• PMP or comparable project/program management certification.
• Experience managing 50+ FTE federal contracts.

Pay And Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $120,000 to $165,000.
