Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to promote and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiencies as a direct floor leader at our Riverside facility. You will verify product, manage stock, and coordinate labor to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires supervisory experience, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year in a distribution warehouse with forklift/power equipment. This is a full-time on-site position in Riverside, CA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of distribution warehouse experience including operation of reach truck, pallet jack and forklift.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (e.g., start of shift, vacation, and sick calls).
• Other duties may be assigned.

The Team Leader promotes and maintains warehouse productivity and efficiencies by working as a direct floor leader.

• Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.60 per hour.

What you'll do as a Team Leader:
