Learning Care Group in New York is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire preschool children, mentor teammates, and lead curriculum implementation while ensuring safe, compliant classroom practices. You’ll partner with families to support each child’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for our childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Mentor fellow Teachers to develop fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child growth.
