Justrite Safety Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to guide production teams in our Wilkesboro, NC facility. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timeliness while coordinating tasks and maintaining high standards of quality.

You will lead by example, communicate clear directions, and support team members to achieve production goals. The position requires the ability to work with little supervision and to adapt to overtime hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience leading a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand the process and assign tasks to team members.
• Provide clear directions and procedures for tasks.
• Monitor on-site production to ensure safety and quality.
