Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Marshfield, WI to oversee daily operations and lead a friendly team. You will help manage the facility, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and ensure a smooth tunnel experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape upkeep and pressure washing.
