Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Petoskey, MI is seeking a Team Leader to support facility operations and guest service. Lead by example, exceed expectations, and assist the management team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will help open/close the site, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide them through the tunnel, and maintain equipment and the facility. This role offers growth toward management within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable attitude.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
