Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage facility operations and deliver exceptional guest service. The role offers a competitive hourly wage with potential weekly commissions and strong growth opportunities within the company.

You will support opening/closing, enroll members in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, and assist with maintenance in all weather conditions. Part-time and full-time roles available, with a focus on safety and team excellence.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
