Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the site’s facility and operations, leading by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role provides growth paths toward management and a strong introduction to the car wash industry.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn weekly commissions, plus benefits and potential full-time or part-time placements. You will engage customers, supervise daily tasks, and support maintenance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Friendliness, responsibility, and reliability.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
