Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Mission, CA to help manage site operations and provide exceptional customer service. This role offers both part-time and full-time options, with starting pay at 17.00 USD per hour and opportunities to earn weekly commissions as you grow into leadership responsibilities.

You will assist in opening/closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide customers through the tunnel, and help maintain all equipment and the

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
