Qualifications

• 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position.
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and store operation capabilities.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support shift scheduling to maintain staffing and smooth operations.
• Supervise daily store activities and staff performance to drive sales.
• Communicate plans to associates on sales targets, promotions, and marketing strategies.
• Provide guidance to maintain a positive and productive environment.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and best practices.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as primary contact in the Store Manager's absence and ensure standards are met.
• Support store opening and setup.
