Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is opening a new store at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN and seeks an Assistant Manager to drive day-to-day operations, lead staff, and boost sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will help manage scheduling, supervise staff, and communicate promotions and initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals. Prior experience in retail leadership is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position.
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and store operation capabilities.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the team, and driving business success. Including but not limited to…

• Support the management of shift schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels andensure smooth operations
• Supervise daily store activities and staff performance, ensuring efficient operationsto drive sales
• Effectively communicate and implement plans to associates on upcoming salestargets, company initiatives, ongoing promotions, and marketing strategies to ensurethat they are well-informed and aligned with business objectives
• Provide clear instructions, answer questions, and offer guidance to maintain consistency and foster a positive and supportive environment
• Lead the team by example in delivering outstanding customer service and bestpractices
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for a positiveresolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Serve as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring thatall tasks are carried out and in line with company standards
• Support with store opening and setup

What We're Looking For

• A strong track record with 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning,sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to lead staff and enhance the customer experience
• Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
• Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• Ability to balance operational efficiency with team development
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
