Job summary

Sofo Foods is seeking a hands-on Distribution Team Lead to partner with our 3rd shift warehouse team in Toledo, OH. You will lead, coach, and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires strong communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated environments. Competitive hourly pay includes a 3rd shift premium and weekly pay schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Leadership or team training experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated and freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse team members.
• Help coordinate daily assignments and monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Train employees, provide coaching, and promote teamwork.
• Support warehouse operations, including order selecting, receiving, and shipping, while leading by example and helping teammates maintain smooth operations.
