Sofo Foods in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Distribution Center Team Lead for the 2nd shift. You will lead the warehouse team, coordinate daily assignments, monitor productivity, and promote teamwork.

This full-time role offers $22.00-$25.00 per hour, weekly pay, and shift premium, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision, PTO, 401(k) matching and life insurance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse team members.
• Help coordinate daily assignments and monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Train employees, provide coaching, and promote teamwork.
• Support warehouse operations, including order selecting, receiving, and shipping, while leading by example and jumping in to assist team members whenever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
