Job summary

Sofo Foods is seeking a Distribution Team Lead for the 2nd shift to guide a fast-paced warehouse team. You will lead daily assignments, monitor productivity, and coach staff to high performance while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and safe operations.

You will mentor teammates, support training initiatives, and model hands-on leadership in a refrigerated distribution environment. This role offers weekly pay, shift premium, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership or team training experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
