Sofo Foods in Ohio is seeking a Distribution Team Lead for the 3rd shift, to lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff in daily operations.

You will coordinate assignments, monitor productivity and accuracy, train employees, and promote teamwork while ensuring a safe, organized environment, including handling order selecting, receiving, and shipping.

Qualifications

• Leadership or team training experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated/freezer environments.
