Job summary

BESTAFF is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Team Lead for a real wood veneer production partner. You will guide and motivate a production team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and serve as the key liaison between shop floor and management.

Expect consistent Monday–Friday hours, a collaborative environment, and participation in a monthly bonus program. You’ll lead daily goals, monitor throughput, enforce safety, drive process improvements, train new hires, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems).

About the Role

BESTAFF is hiring a skilled Manufacturing Team Lead for a manufacturing partner specializing in real wood veneer products. You’ll support daily production operations and make sure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. As the key point of coordination between production staff and management, you’ll drive performance, support team development, and keep the work environment positive.
