Production Lead - 3rd Shift

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday, 7:00 PM-5:30 AM.
• Possible overtime on Fridays.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for directing production employees, communicating expectations from management, monitoring quality and productivity, ensuring safety compliance, and helping the team meet daily production goals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience.
• Experience leading, training, directing, or coordinating employees in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced operation with productivity and quality goals.
• Ability to work 3rd Shift.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, pushing, and pulling materials as required.
• Candidates with only retail, restaurant, customer service, office, or hospitality experience are unlikely to be a fit for this position.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.

• Work around moving equipment and machinery.
• Work in seasonal heat and high-humidity conditions.
