Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to supervise cleaning teams and ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained across offices, restrooms, kitchens and common areas.

You will lead a team of 1–10 people, provide customer service to maintain a positive client relationship, schedule shifts, report maintenance issues, and ensure adherence to cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Hours are 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday to Friday, at $20/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas (offices, restrooms, kitchens, common areas).
• Dust and wipe surfaces, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces; restock supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure staff report to work and clock in; document late or absent employees.
• Inspect areas to confirm cleaning standards are met.
• Assist staff to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.

• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure staff have reported to work and clocked in properly, documents late or absent employees.
• Inspects areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met.
• Assists staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Requirements
