Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Cleaner / Floor Technician for immediate hire. You will perform floor maintenance, stripping, waxing and scrubbing, plus janitorial duties in a factory setting.

Hours include Sunday 8am-4pm and Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm; compensation is $13/hr. Benefits after 60 days, 401K after 90 days, and vacation after a year are offered. Safety and reliability are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Detail-oriented with flexibility for non-routine cleaning projects.
• Willingness to work with cleaning chemicals and floor care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors, including stripping, waxing and scrubbing factory floors, restrooms and break room.
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner.
• Use and maintain appropriate cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely.
• Observe safety precautions and follow wet floor signs.
• Report safety hazards as appropriate.
• Janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathrooms, trash, stocking supplies.

Job description

Cleaner / Floor Technician Available for Immediate Hire

Hours: Sunday 8am -4pm

Monday thru Thursday 2pm-10pm

Compensation: $13/hr

We are currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Cleaner / Floor Technician.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors, this includes stripping, waxing and scrubbing of the factory floors, restroom, and break room,
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner.
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Use and maintain equipment properly.
• Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely
• Observe safety precautions at all times, uses safety signs "wet floor"
• Ability to work without normal supervision
• Reports on safety hazards as appropriate

Janitorial Duties

Janitorial duties to include but are not limited to sweeping/mopping hard floors, vacuuming, detailing/cleaning bathrooms, dusting, removing trash, stocking supplies, and any other duties as assigned. Applicants must be able to withstand long periods of walking and or standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
