HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dependable 2nd shift General Cleaner to join our team in South Carolina. You will help keep facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained by following established routines.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 2:00 pm–10:30 pm; pay: $15.50/hour. Benefits after probation: health, dental, vision; 401(k); paid vacation after one year. Candidates must be able to lift 40+ pounds and use cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Must understand job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative regarding job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Has the willingness to work with and help others.
• Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
• Experience cleaning carpet and waxing floor a plus.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Responsibilities

• Understand duties, machines, and equipment needed to complete tasks.
• Sweep, mop, dust, take out trash weighing 40+ pounds, restock dispensers.
• Produce quality work within set timeframes.
• Show initiative and take on new responsibilities when needed.
• Assist others and work well in a team.
• Wear PPE correctly (safety glasses, vinyl gloves).
• Experience with carpet cleaning and floor waxing is a plus.
• Follow basic routines and standards in work procedures.
