Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Cleaner for the weekend 2nd shift (Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am). Compensation is $18/hour.

The role involves cleaning across various environments, using appropriate equipment, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and willing to assist teammates as needed. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, replenishing supplies, and ensuring quality work within set

Qualifications

• Must understand job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames.
• Shows initiative regarding job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed.
• Has the willingness to work with and help others.
• Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
• Experience cleaning carpet and waxing floor a plus.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, pull trash, and replenish dispensers including soap, lotion, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Operate and understand machines and equipment necessary to complete cleaning tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness within established time frames and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and assist others as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE (glasses and gloves).
• Support carpet cleaning and floor waxing as needed.
