Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Team Lead in Grove City, OH to coordinate personnel, equipment, and inventories to meet daily operational goals. You will drive safety, quality, and Lean/5S initiatives while leading a team in a combined warehouse and administrative environment.

Responsibilities include directing associates, ensuring SOP compliance, and delivering production updates to management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Position Summary

The Team Lead role is responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily operational goals. This position ensures adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards while leading associates and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.

What will you do?

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and workflow to support daily operations

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

Work Environment

• Combination of warehouse and administrative work
• Ability to lift 50lbs in operational areas
• Frequent computer-based work and coordination activities
