Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Sequence Team Lead to coordinate personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily goals in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will lead associates, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive Lean and 5S improvements while interfacing with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must pass drug screening.

Position Summary: The Sequence Team Lead role is responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily operational goals. This position ensures adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards while leading associates and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.

• Lead and direct associates within the assigned operational area to meet productivity and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and workflow to support daily operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean and 5S practices
• Communicate with management and cross-functional teams regarding production updates and operational issues
• Maintain and distribute manpower reports and operational updates
