Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Team Lead in Grove City, OH to coordinate personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily production goals in a warehouse setting.

You will lead associates, ensure SOP compliance, drive Lean/5S improvements, communicate with management, and maintain manpower reports while promoting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities
