Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Team Lead in Alabama to coordinate personnel, equipment and inventory within a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring daily productivity and quality targets are met.

You will lead associates, enforce safety standards, drive Lean and 5S initiatives, manage workflow across departments, and communicate updates to management. This role blends hands-on supervision with administrative duties and offers growth within operations, engineering and support functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

About this position
