Job summary

Get Air in Williston, VT is hiring a Team Lead to help runs shifts, promote safety and provide outstanding guest experiences. This role supports the Assistant Manager and General Manager while ensuring the park stays clean and welcoming.

You will use strong customer service, self-motivation and leadership experience to meet sales goals, run parties, and motivate staff. Earn up to $21/hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions and enjoy on-the-job training and free park access.

Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We're looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.
