Job summary

HCLTech in San Diego, CA is seeking a Team Lead - Data Collection Operations to plan daily study schedules, assign operators, ensure equipment readiness and maintain service quality.

You will supervise shifts, coach staff, monitor KPIs, drive SLA compliance, report metrics, and coordinate with mission control and technical leads. The role emphasizes governance, privacy and security adherence in client projects.

1. Daily Operations Planning: Plan daily study schedule and staffing, Assign operators to sessions, Ensure equipment and environment readiness
2. Team Supervision: Conduct huddles and shift handovers, Monitor attendance and productivity, Coach operators on process adherence

4. Issue & Escalation Handling: Act as first-level escalation point, Coordinate with mission control and technical leads, Track issue closure

Skill Requirements

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $65,000 annually

Pay Range Maximum: $70,000 annually
