Learning Care Group is seeking a Team Lead for our child care center. You will mentor and train teachers, lead classroom activities, and help ensure high-quality daily care for children in a licensed setting.

In this role you may cover Director duties during absences and support adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards. 18+ applicants with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a CDA.
• Ability to meet state and accreditation requirements.

Mansioni

• Mentor and train new hires and teachers.

As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Mentor! Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of newhiresand your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.
• Leader! Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.
• Expert! Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience in a licensedchildcarefacility, leading a classroom,andimplementing lesson plans.
• College credits towardsEarlyChildhoodEducation orChildDevelopment degree or a CDA, preferred.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
