Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the manufacturing team.
• Prepare the production floor for daily operations, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules to meet targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor team members on manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory and work orders.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Reports To: Production Manager

Shift- 4pm-12:30am

Job Summary: The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
