Job summary

Neroli Salon & Spa Mequon, part of Edgeless Beauty Group, is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to support our General Manager in building a high-performing retail team and delivering a 5-star guest experience. This role offers coaching, mentoring, and growth within a multi-brand beauty and wellness company.

You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales goals, and ensure exceptional guest service, while maintaining product knowledge across Aveda and Ultraceuticals.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in salon/spa or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with passion for guest service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing front-line support to team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline leader, setting the tone for exceptional guest service and high performance at the retail desk.
• Oversee daily store operations, including guest check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in scheduling, onboarding, training, and mentoring new hires to ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Lead and coach non-technical team members to support their growth and elevate overall team performance.
• Drive retail performance by setting, tracking, and achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Aveda and Ultraceuticals to support team education and guest recommendations.
• Conduct regular performance assessments (10/10s) for non-technical team members, offering constructive feedback and development opportunities.
• Ensure concierge services and Aveda rituals are consistently delivered, maintaining guest amenities and building strong guest relationships.
• Facilitate Aveda Advisor Team meetings, in-person and virtually, to keep communication and training on track.
