LensCrafters in Madison, WI is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive store success by overseeing key optical and lab processes. You will act as a responsible alternate store key holder and coach new and existing sales associates.
The role requires HS diploma, strong optical and retail experience, solid communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of eyewear fitting and optics.
GENERAL FUNCTION
The Team Lead creates exceptional value in the lives of customers & patients by delivering exceptional customer service. Ensures customers & patients are always delighted. Assists in the achievement of store success by managing key optical & lab processes (if applicable) & systems to exceptional results.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
