Job summary

Tacos 4 Life is seeking a motivated Team Lead in Missouri to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will guide a close-knit team, uphold high standards of cleanliness, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a busy restaurant environment.

You will mentor Team Members and collaborate with the Catering Coordinator while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement for the success of the restaurant and community initiatives.

• Assist with the oversight of Team Members and Catering Coordinator.
