Learning Care is hiring a Team Lead to guide preschool classrooms, manage curriculum, and partner with families to ensure child development and center success.

As a Team Lead, you will mentor new staff, lead activities, and potentially step into Director/Assistant Director duties when needed, all while maintaining licensing standards and a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits toward ECE or a CDA preferred.
• Able to meet state/accreditation requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsabilités

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to promote achievement and center success.
• Mentor and train new hires; create engaging learning experiences for preschoolers.
• In the absence of leadership, assume Director/Assistant Director duties such as opening/closing the center.
• Ensure daily care following licensing guidelines and company standards.

As a Team Lead, you are a:

• Teacher! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation. Classroom instruction is at least 50% of weekly schedule.


• Communicator! Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.


• Mentor! Be responsible for, or assisting with, the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and your fellow Teachers, as you create fun, interactive learning experiences to share with the preschool children.


• Leader! Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in his/her absence, including opening and closing the school.


• Expert! Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.


• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.


• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.


• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $21.85-22.70 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered


• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.


• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week
