Job summary

Get Air in Brownsville, TX is seeking a Team Lead to promote safety and cleanliness while driving guest satisfaction. You will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager, oversee shifts, and lead a team focused on delivering a fun, memorable experience.

The role requires strong customer service, self-motivation, and prior leadership or supervisory experience. On-the-job training and growth opportunities are available, with tips and commissions on top of wages and a free jump perk when not

Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We’re looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.
