Job summary

CPU US is seeking experienced Warehouse Team Leads in Jurupa Valley, California. Candidates will lead and work with team members, manage productivity, and ensure a safe environment. • Lead and work with team members, assign work, train, and review the quality of work
• Monitor employee attendance and productivity, and take steps to improve performance where necessary
• Ensure all employees use safety precautions and maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate concerns, updates, and completion timelines with site management and customer

Pay Range

$20.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Requirements

• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• 6 months or more of Warehouse/Distribution team lead experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
• Understanding and experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience with basic data entry, time and attendance tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift, electric pallet jack, or other warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred
• Meet/lead/inspire fast‑paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Overtime/Weekends required during peak/seasonal volumes
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Stand 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes required
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Other duties as assigned
