Job Overview

Leading logistics company is hiring reliable and experienced CDL Class A Team Truck Drivers for FedEx Ground OTR Linehaul positions across all states.

Compensation

• Team: up to $0.85 per mile based on experience, with potential to earn $100,000 per driver annually.
• All miles are paid and paid weekly via W-2 and direct deposit.
• Annual merit increases.
• Safety bonus: $0.02 per mile quarterly for drivers with no preventable safety/DOT incidents and/or truck damage.
• Referral bonus: $0.02 per mile for each referral.
• Home time: 34–48 hours every week.

Equipment and Training

• Training: Initial one-day skills assessment/road test, including coupling/uncoupling double trailers; ongoing training as necessary.
