Job summary

Outsource Service LLC is seeking CDL-A OTR Team Drivers for FedEx routes, operating as a two-driver team across interstate FedEx locations in Phoenix, AZ and Houston, TX. Schedule may include two weeks on the road with alternating driving duties to meet delivery times.

Compensation includes per-mile pay: solo $0.70 and two-driver team $0.90. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, doubles endorsement, and at least 1 year of driving experience; bilingual ability is a plus.

CDL-A OTR Team Driver – FedEx Routes

Job Description

Outsource Service LLC (OSS) is seeking experienced and dependable CDL-A OTR Team Drivers for long-term/direct-hire opportunities supporting FedEx transportation routes.

Drivers will operate as part of a team, traveling interstate from one FedEx location to another. Team drivers will alternate driving responsibilities to keep freight moving and meet scheduled destination times.

Locations:
Phoenix, AZ – 1 Driver needed
Houston, TX – 2 Drivers needed

Schedule:
Drivers may start Monday night/Tuesday morning and return Saturday/Sunday. There may also be opportunities for schedules involving approximately two weeks on the road.

Pay:

• Solo Driver: $0.70 per mile

• Two-Driver Team: $0.90 per mile

Responsibilities & Requirements:
