Job summary

J&R Trucking Solutions Inc is seeking reliable CDL Class A Team Truck Drivers for FedEx Ground OTR Linehaul positions. We are located in Allentown, Pennsylvania and are hiring across ALL STATES.

Earn lucrative pay with a team rate up to $0.90 cpm, annual earnings up to $125,000 per driver, and weekly W-2 pay. Enjoy 2 weeks paid vacation, sign-on bonuses, guaranteed miles, and 34–48 hours home time each week.

Leading logistics company, is looking for reliable and experienced CDL Class A Team Truck Drivers for FedEx Ground OTR Linehaul positions. We are located in Allentown, Pennsylvania and are hiring across ALL STATES.

SUMMERTIME SIGN ON BONUS $2,500

Doubles to $5,000 if you can start in 2 WEEKS

• Team: up to $0.90cpm based upon experience; potential to earn $125,000 EACH DRIVER, EVERY YEAR!!
• URR Guarantee: 4,800 miles guaranteed if on URR

ALL MILES are PAID MILES. Dedicated runs average over 5,200 miles per week. Paid weekly via W-2 and direct deposit

Annual Merit Increases

All will be provided with feedback and considered for annual merit increase

Safety Bonus

All drivers will be eligible for $0.02cpm quarterly bonus for all miles driven provided no preventable safety/DOT incidents and/or truck damage

Referral Bonus

Increase of $0.02cpm to your rate for every referral.

Home Time

34-48 Hours EVERY week.

Equipment and Training

• Equipment: 2023 - 2025 Volvo 860 models - all automatic
• Training: Initial one-day Skills Assessment/Road Test which includes Coupling and Uncoupling Double Trailers; Ongoing training as necessary.
