Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and valid.
• 12+ months tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years (or 5 years in last 10 years).
• T Endorsement can be obtained during hiring.
• Strong safety record required.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR truckload routes as part of a CDL-A team.
• Safely operate tractor-trailers over long-haul routes across the U.S.
• Deliver freight on time and in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and complete pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch for smooth trip planning.

OTR Team CDL-A Truck Driver – Home Weekly – 80 CPM (Team Split) – No Touch Freight

This is a TEAM driving position.

Solo drivers welcome — we help match partners

Existing teams encouraged to apply

Stable FedEx Ground contractor freight with consistent miles

Pay:$0.80 per mile (team split) – each driver is paid for half the miles driven.

Example: 1,000 team miles = 500 miles paid per driver at $0.80 per mile.

Requirements For A FedEx CDL A Truck Driver

• Valid CDL-A license
• 12+ months of recent tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (or 5 years in the last 10 years)
• T Endorsement (can be obtained during hiring)
• Strong safety record with no major violations
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting 50 lbs occasionally
• Team-player attitude and commitment to safety
