Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a Team Coordinator to lead the coordination of care team schedules, while managing office inventory and medical supplies. You will supervise staff productivity to ensure the smooth operation of the agency so patients can receive the care they need.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a health care setting. Scheduling and office manager experience preferred
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
