Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across the sales floor by ensuring strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience in all customer-facing areas.
• Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver a consistent, athlete-first shopping experience.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s).
• Establish working plans related to staffing, hiring needs, and operational/merchandising sets within budgets and goals.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, Front End and Cash Office functions, and ensuring policy compliance.
