Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome and onboard professional drivers to Werner Enterprises, introducing them to the Team Development process.
• Manage a portfolio of professional drivers, supporting them in finding a compatible team driving partner.
• Facilitate conversations around key teaming factors such as home time preferences, compensation expectations, and adjustment to life on the road.
• Build relationships with professional drivers through direct interaction, helping them navigate teaming decisions and contributing to long-term retention and satisfaction.
