Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, seeks an Experience Activity Coordinator to plan and coordinate resort-wide activities and guest events, ensuring guests are aware of all recreational opportunities.

You will welcome guests on arrival, develop on/off-site events, promote schedules, resolve guest concerns, and tailor experiences through profiling. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to multitask during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Event planning, catering, or recreation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily activities for resort guests.

What will you be doing?
