The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $110,000 year * (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information).

Department Overview

Nomura's Wholesale Division handles client transactions for financial institutions, corporates, governments and investment funds around the world. Role Description

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills appropriate for a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant, especially within financial services (preferred)
  • Familiarity with expense management systems such as Concur (preferred)

*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
