Qualifications

Your Assignment:
- General assistance tasks to support the Head of Investor Relations & his team
- Preparation/post-processing incl. organization of events and meetings like investor conferences, roadshows
- Planning and organizing travel & accommodation as well as preparing travel expense reports
- Scheduling of meetings, calls & monitoring
- Preparation of various documents (presentations, itineraries, schedules, overviews, etc.)
- Reception & support of visitors, customers & business partners
- Support with publishing of earnings & press releases (external & internal)
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies as well as equipment (laptop, cell phone, etc.)
- Coordination of onboarding processes
- Participation in projects (AGM Annual General Meeting, etc.)
- Checking of invoices and forwarding
- Constant updating of the IR database & e-mail distribution lists
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, office administration or studies
- Professional working experience as team assistant/secretary
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Reliable and enthusiastic with proven ability to work in a team environment
- Confident and competent behaviour in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels in an international environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to quickly assess and prioritise work requests
- Structured way of working and flexibility to adapt quickly to changing requirements
- Good knowledge of communications systems
- English & German – fluent in written and spoken
