Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Position Overview:
The Team Assistant at MJHS Home Care is responsible for scheduling appointments for our nurses, managing and monitoring incoming referrals, and ensuring that all new cases are scheduled appropriately. This individual will coordinate with the Control Desk and maintain document control. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining records, accurately entering data, and assisting Business Support Supervisors and Patient Support Managers by working on reports. The Team Assistant will be expected to cooperate with the entire team to ensure that patients are seen and create satisfied customers.
