Responsibilities

• Upselling opportunities and cost control.
• Food delivery and bussing stations; assist servers and setup.

Role Purpose:

Overall, the role purpose of Team Assistant is to support the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service to guests by assisting with food delivery, table setup, and clearing, while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Their contributions are essential to ensuring a positive dining experience for guests and helping the restaurant run smoothly during service.
